North Yorkshire Police is appealing for witnesses and information about a collision that occurred on Clifford Street in York.
The incident happened around 2.30pm on Monday 2 January 2023 when a pedestrian and a small white vehicle were involved in a collision.
The vehicle initially stopped but the driver did not exchange details with the pedestrian. The vehicle then left the scene.
The pedestrian was taken to hospital due to minor injuries sustained in the incident and was later released.
We are appealing for witnesses to the collision or anyone who recalls seeing the vehicle prior to the collision, to get in touch as soon as possible to assist the investigation.
