We have more ways to listen than ever before – so you can take YO1 Radio with you wherever you are and whatever you’re doing!

FM

You’ll find us across York on 102.8FM

We also cover Selby and the surrounding area on 90.0FM

If you’re travelling between York and Selby, your car radio should automatically choose the frequency that gives you the best reception.

According to recent research, carried out and verified independently, FM is still the most popular choice in York for radio listening. At YO1 Radio, we will continue to invest in our FM transmitters to make sure you can continue to enjoy us on your traditional radios for many years to come.

DAB+ Digital Radio

Of course, we like to embrace new and developing technology. DAB Digital Radio has been around for a while and it continues to grow each year – but the biggest advantage is that it covers a much wider area.

You’ll find YO1 Radio on the North Yorkshire DAB+ multiplex – and that means you can take us with you wherever you go across the whole of North Yorkshire.

You’ll be able to hear us in Thirsk, Northallerton, Malton, Harrogate and Ripon as well as in York and Selby.

You can even take us to the seaside with you as the coverage extends to Scarborough, Filey and other parts of the East Coast.

Online, App and Digital TV

If you’re going even further afield, or if you like to listen on your phone, laptop or PC, then YO1 Radio is available online too.
