Catch the Bus Month starts this week and City of York Council and BetterPoints are offering free bus tickets plus quadruple reward points for people using the app during September.

York Minster has been awarded renewed Accredited Museum status for its Undercroft Museum, Treasury and Crypts, recognising its exceptional standards in collections management, visitor experience and public engagement.

With over 10,000 visits in the past year, it’s clear that children and parents are loving York's Stay and Play sessions.

Organisations running Warm Places in York to support local people through the coldest months, are invited to apply for up to £5,000 funding from a £40,000 fund over the next few weeks [until 5 October].
