1. Promoter
The promoter of this competition is YO1 Radio (“the Promoter”).

2. Eligibility
2.1 The promotion is open to businesses based in North Yorkshire and surrounding areas.
2.2 Entrants must be aged 18 or over and authorised to represent the business they are entering on behalf of.
2.3 Employees of YO1 Radio, its partners, and immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
2.4 Only one entry per business is permitted unless otherwise stated.

3. How to Enter
3.1 Entries must be submitted via the official form at yo1radio.co.uk.
3.2 Entrants must complete all required fields and provide accurate information.
3.3 The opening and closing dates of the promotion will be stated on the website. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.
3.4 No purchase is necessary to enter.

4. The Prize
4.1 One winning business will receive a radio advertising campaign with a total value of £20,000 on YO1 Radio.
4.2 The prize consists of advertising airtime and may include production support at the Promoter’s discretion.
4.3 The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
4.4 The campaign must be used within a timeframe specified by YO1 Radio. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the prize.

5. Winner Selection
5.1 The winner will be selected by a panel appointed by YO1 Radio based on the information provided in the entry.
5.2 Judging criteria may include originality, business story, community impact, and suitability for radio advertising.
5.3 The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

6. Notification
6.1 The winning business will be contacted using the details provided on entry.
6.2 If the winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable timeframe, YO1 Radio reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

7.1 By entering, businesses agree to participate in reasonable publicity related to the promotion, including on-air mentions, social media content, and website features.
7.2 The Promoter reserves the right to use the business name, logo, and submitted information for promotional purposes.

8. Content & Usage
8.1 By submitting an entry, you confirm that all information provided is truthful and your own.
8.2 YO1 Radio reserves the right to edit, adapt, or use submitted content for promotional and broadcast purposes.

9. Liability
9.1 YO1 Radio accepts no responsibility for entries not received due to technical issues or other circumstances beyond its control.
9.2 The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the promotion at any time if necessary.
