Interim Boss Mikey Morton is expected to take charge once again tomorrow night against play-off hopefuls Boreham Wood, a match in which the eighteenth placed Minstermen will be looking to bounce back from their 3-1 defeat at Wealdstone at the weekend.

City have lost their previous five matches in the National League, whereas Boreham Wood are unbeaten for all of 2023 so far.

Ahead of the clash tonight, the club have appointed Michael McMahon to the coaching staff. McMahon, who has made over 350 appearances as a player, has joined the club in the short term to aid Morton on the touchline.
