A York nightclub has revealed its plans for a six-figure refurbishment.
As The Press reported, Kuda in Clifford Street announced its closure ahead of a lengthy refurbishment, advertising their "final farewell" on this Sunday, March 29.
Following the announcement, designer Clive Brooks has submitted plans on behalf of the venue, detailing the changes that are set to take place.
The three storey venue will keep its general layout, the plans said, but the interior will receive a cosmetic refurbishment.
The application said this will "provide a more pleasant customer experience whilst adding additional facilities for the end user". These new facilities include a new bar on the mezzanine, with additional seating.
