York Hub is offering two female-led start-ups the opportunity to access its co-working space completely FREE for 12 months, for up to three days a week.
The hub says UK start-up businesses are disproportionately founded by men.
While female led start-ups are growing, they still represent a significant minority, and face widely recognised unique challenges including potential gender bias in both funding and support.
The hub, founded in 2008, is at Popeshead Court Offices, Peter Lane, York.
In addition to co-working space, there are also social events held at the centre.
Successful applicants will also be offered up to 4 hours of FREE coaching from Anne-Marie Crowther - Coach, Trainer, Facilitator, Connector with 20 years experience of working with female founders, freelancers and social entrepreneurs (see underthecrabtrees.com).
