YORK’S latest opening is preparing to give away free burgers to celebrate its arrival.
Wendy’s, an American fast-food chain known for its square shaped burgers, is preparing to open its first York store tomorrow morning (June 19) at 10.30am.
Anticipation for the arrival has been high since last year when plans were revealed for the brand to take on the former premises of specialist clothes retailer TM Lewin in St Sampson’s Square.
