Weather warning issued for York as city braces for Storm Ciarán

A weather warning has been issued for York as the city braces for Storm Ciarán.

The Met Office has issued a yellow warning for heavy rain on Thursday and Friday.

Forecasters warn there is a “small chance” that homes and business could be flooded and buildings damaged, while the warning is in place.
