North Yorkshire Police is investigating the attacks on vehicles parked in Constantine Avenue, in the Tang Hall area of York, which occurred between 2.30am and 3.30am on Saturday morning (May 24).
A police spokesperson said the force wanted to hear from anyone who may have witnessed the incidents or have CCTV footage.
The spokesperson said: "If you were in the area, have CCTV, doorbell camera footage, or witnessed anything suspicious, please come forward, quoting reference 12250093722.
"We’re also asking anyone who has experienced further damage to vehicles or property in the area to report it to us as soon as possible. Your information could be vital."
