North Yorkshire Police is appealing for information about criminal damage and driving offences that occurred on the A1237, York, between the roundabouts with Wetherby Road and Askham Bryan Lane.
They said incidents happened at approximately 7pm on Saturday (December 21) and involved "several vehicles" heading northbound.
"We’re particularly appealing for information about a white hatchback and dark hatchback that may have been driving dangerously," officers said.
