A much-loved fish and chip shop in North Yorkshire is in the running for one of the industry’s highest honours.
Selby’s Mister C’s has been named one of three finalists in the Quality Accreditation Champion category at the National Fish & Chip Awards 2026.
The award celebrates fish and chip businesses that have achieved the National Federation of Fish Friers’ (NFFF) Quality Accreditation Scheme status, a benchmark for excellence in areas such as sustainable sourcing, food safety, hygiene, staff training, and customer service.
