STRIKES are underway for a second day in a row today at two York schools - with more dates possible and another school poised to join the action.
NEU members are out on strike at All Saints RC School's and St George's RC in Fishergate as the second in two days of action.
Further strike dates are possible at All Saints on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday July, 7, 8 and 9 and St George's on Thursday, July 3 and Wednesday, July 9.
As The Press reported yesterday, a third school, Our Lady Queen of Martyrs in Hamilton Drive in Holgate could also strike for the first time on Thursday, July 3 and Wednesday, July 9.
As The Press previously reported, more than 100 teachers and support staff went on strike at All Saints RC secondary school and St George's RC primary in Fishergate on Wednesday, April 30, with St George's holding a further day of strike action last month.
