ROMAN and Anglo Saxon artefacts dug up at a site in central York are set to go on display in the city.
Work started on the new room2 hotel in Piccadilly in the Summer last year on the site of the former tax office, Swinson House.
The discoveries were made following in-depth archaeological investigations alongside the main contractor, Clegg Construction, and On-Site Archaeology.
