Taylor Wimpey has created the 3-bed Byrneham Special and 5-bed Patterham show homes at Fountains Walk, Ripon.
Fountains Walk is a new community of 390 homes set off West Lane on the outskirts of the cathedral city.
The scheme offers a range of 2,3,4 and 5-bed homes, surrounded by play parks, recreational seating areas and plenty of shops, schools and amenities nearby.
Prices range from £329,995 to £624,995.
