The vehicles will be on show at York Racecourse from 10am to 4pm on Sunday (September 14).
David Walker, who helps organise the event with York Historic Vehicle Group, said there will be lorries, buses, vans, pre-war and modern cars and motorcycles, as well as military vehicles and motorcycles.
There will also be refreshments available and stalls selling vehicle related items, he said.
The annual event, which has raised thousands of pounds for charity, is returning for its 47th year in York.
Entrance to the rally is priced at £5 for adults, £4 for OAP’s and children under 16 go free.
