A 31-year-old man was killed and five others injured after a crash between a car and bus in York, police said.
The man was a passenger in a white Tesla Model 3 car which collided with a blue and white double decker bus on the B1224 Wetherby Road, close to the junction with the York outer ring road (A1237), at around 9.20am today (Saturday, June 29).
North Yorkshire Police said the man, from the Newcastle area, was pronounced dead at the scene.
“His family have been informed and are receiving support,” a force spokesperson said.
