• A woman has denied causing the death of a man by dangerous driving at a country crossroads near York.

  Sheila Leadbeater, 71, is alleged to have crashed into a car driven by Nicholas Davey on March 30, 2023. He was seriously injured and died in hospital some days later on April 8.
