Surrey Police say it follows the death of two men in a crash in Sunbury after their officers were called at 12.52am on Monday (July 22) to the A316 southbound slip road onto the M3 following a suspected collision involving a black e-bike.
South East Coast Ambulance Service attended the location but a man in his 20s was pronounced dead at the scene. A second man in his 20s was taken to hospital, where he died later the same day.
Four people have been arrested in connection with this incident:
A 29-year-old man from Sunbury has been arrested on suspicion of murder.
A 24-year-old woman from North Yorkshire has been arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender.
A 24-year-old man from Walton-on-Thames has been arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to murder.
A 24-year-old man from Feltham has been arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to murder.
