Police Release Image of Man Following Violent Incident in York’s Clifton Area

North Yorkshire Police have issued an image of a man they wish to speak to in connection with a violent incident that occurred in the Clifton area of York.

The incident took place on Sunday 13 April, between 10:30am and 1:30pm, in the area around Burdyke Avenue and Water Lane. The suspect is reported to have been carrying a knife and is believed to have travelled through the neighbourhood on foot during that time.

Police are appealing to the public for any information that could assist the investigation, including CCTV or doorbell footage that may show the individual pictured.
