CCTV Appeal Following Theft at Home Bargains in York

North Yorkshire Police have released CCTV footage of a woman they wish to speak to in connection with a theft in Clifton Moor, York.

The incident occurred at around 1:00pm on Saturday 19 April at Home Bargains, when a woman walking down an aisle accidentally dropped a sum of money. Another woman, who was seen pushing a pram, picked up the money and left without attempting to return it.

Officers are now appealing to the public to help identify the woman pictured in the CCTV, as she may have important information that could assist with the investigation.
