
North Yorkshire Police have released a CCTV image of a man they wish to speak to in connection with a theft and fraud incident in York.
The incident, which occurred in the early hours of Sunday 30 March, involved the use of a stolen bank card to purchase food from two takeaway establishments. Officers are appealing for help in identifying the man pictured.
North Yorkshire Police have issued a CCTV image of a man they would like to identify following a theft and fraud incident in central York.
The incident took place at approximately 3am on Sunday 30 March 2025, when a stolen bank card was used to purchase multiple food items at Chicos Fish and Chip shop and Okis Kebab.
Investigating officers believe the man shown on CCTV may have information that could assist with the enquiry.
Anyone who recognises the individual is urged to come forward.
