North Yorkshire Police are appealing for the driver of a black Zafira, witnesses and dash-cam footage following a collision at the junction of Common Lane and the A64 near York.
It happened at approximately 7.10am on Friday 2 May 2025 and involved a black Vauxhall Zafira a pedal cyclist.
The male driver of the Zafira stopped briefly, but did not leave any details and drove away in the direction of Stockton-on-the-Forest before police arrival.
The Police are appealing to the driver of the Zafira and to any witnesses including anyone who may have seen the vehicle or the cyclist prior to the collision along with anyone with any dash-cam footage, to contact them.
