York BID is delighted to announce a special event as Flock – a herd of baa-rmy dancing sheep – arrive outside York Minster to celebrate Yorkshire Day!
Experience an unforgettable encounter with Flock as Heidi, Henrietta, and their adorable lambs dance outside York Minster and through Goodramgate on Saturday 2nd August from 12pm to 5pm.
Visitors will have the opportunity to get up close and snap a selfie with our woolly visitors, promising fun for all the family.
Carl Alsop, Operations Manager at York BID, said: “We’re so excited to celebrate Yorkshire Day in style with Flock. This immersive and entertaining experience is a fantastic way to draw people into the city centre and create joyful experiences for residents and visitors.”
York BID is committed to creating memorable events in the city centre that appeal to residents and visitors. Their last event – the Actual Reality Arcade in July – brought in over 2,000 people to the city centre to enjoy a free, family-friendly experience.
Don’t miss the chance to experience Flock this August, watch their baa-rilliant dance moves, and snap a photo to remember this unique encounter.
