A beautiful tribute to our fallen on Remembrance day.

Saturday the 11th of November 2023 will now always have a special place in my heart. At 11am the store fell silent for us to remember and respect those who have fallen in War. You could actually hear a pin drop. 91 year old Dennis Brown (former Royal Marines and Band Leader) played the Last Post on his bugle whilst Marie Taylor (Former Wren and poppy seller for 30 years) held the Standard. It was such a moving experience and it was all thanks to Jo, the community champion of this Tesco. JUST Beautiful x
