When Oli Brown formed RavenEye, three and a half years ago, he was a renowned young Blues singer and multi-award winning guitarist, he had already released four solo albums and toured the world for 10 years with legends such as Jeff Beck, Buddy Guy, John Mayall, Johnny Winter and Joe Satriani. Mojo even hailed Oli as “the hottest young pistol in British blues” and Classic Rock Magazine described him as “one of the best and brightest guitar heroes performing in the world today.”
Oli’s love for the Blues has never waned and whenever he can fit a Blues gig or tour in, he goes for it.
Whilst all the work is completed for the new RavenEye album, Oli saw a great opportunity to take his Blues band out on a 6 date tour this March and Thursday 28 March 2019 sees The Oli Brown Band playing in York at The Crescent.
Here is an mp3 of one of Oli’s Blues tracks (SPEECHLESS) that he will be playing live.
