The 2016 outdoor Party in the Park concerts at Flamingo Land Resort will draw to a close on Saturday 17th September when top British Band Lawson will headline the evening’s entertainment.
From 6pm, the outdoor Riverside One stage will welcome 13 year old Henry Gallagher from Britain’s Got Talent, Ian Duffety, Angels & Bandits and The Dan Carney Band before Lawson will wow the crowds with their upbeat songs and personalities.
“It’s been a great Party in the Park season with some amazing names taking to our stage,” said Sarah Mills Director of Marketing Flamingo Land Resort Yorkshire. “We are sure that Lawson, and our other supporting acts, will ensure we finish the outdoor concert season on a real high.”
Day visitors can stay after an amazing time exploring the theme park and zoo with the fun starting at 6pm as the Farewell Show with Mia and Mylo takes place as usual before getting in the party mood to dance the night away.
Lawson first shot to fame in 2012 and is perhaps best known for the song ‘Juliet’ with its catchy lyrics and tune.
“Whilst it may be the last 2016 Party in the Park, do remember that we are still open each day until the end of October.” said Sarah.
Admission to Party In The Park is included for visitors attending during the day, Season Pass holders and Holiday Village staying guests, including those in the campsite. For anyone who would just like to visit for one hour of theme park and zoo followed by an evening of live entertainment, special event tickets are now available online, allowing entry from 5pm for only £10.
With its spectacular illuminated waterfall, the Riverside One entertainment arena features a range of bars and restaurants, allowing you to enjoy a host of delicious meals, drinks and snacks
