Almost 200 booksellers, rare books on sale for thousands of pounds and so many visitors that special free buses run from the station to the event location at the Knavesmire! The York National Book Fair is one of the biggest events of this kind in the whole country. York bookseller and one of the book fair organisers Janette Ray explains what's involved.
