York’s first Cocktail Week is set to launch this Friday night (April 4) and will take place over the next two weekends, celebrating 28 of the city’s top bars and mixologists.
During the event, which requires people to buy a wristband to be eligible for the deals, each venue will have exclusive offers and £5 signature cocktails and mocktails - giving people the chance to try out new bars across the city at cheaper prices.
Cocktail Week is also offering reduced prices for food including two main courses for £35 or three mezze small plates for £20 at The Marrakesh. Fifteen per cent off at Lil’s Bar & Bistro, 20 per cent off at Pitcher & Piano, or 25 per cent off food at Ask Italian.
Alice Christison, event founder, said: "We can’t wait to bring Cocktail Week to York this week and show off the amazing quality of the cities bars, cocktails and hospitality scene!
