As previously reported by The Press, Eleven Eleven Studios opened a reformer Pilates studio in Monks Cross in mid-January.
Owner and founder Holly Puddephatt brought the studio to York after finding success at its original Leeds site. After six weeks in business, she spoke to The Press about their "busy" opening.
"It’s been a bit of a whirlwind, we feel like we’ve been here for ages now," she said.
"We’re already developing such a lovely community here, we’ve got lots of regular clients and we’re attracting new people."
Reformer Pilates is a form of Pilates exercise that uses a specialised piece of equipment called the "reformer". It consists of a sliding carriage, springs for resistance, and adjustable components.
Holly added: "We opened up with just the reformer studio, but we’re in the process of building a separate studio to add more class types and services in.
