A major rail upgrade is set to improve services and provide over 10,000 new seats each week.
Passengers on the railways are set to benefit from the biggest improvement to services in more than 10 years, starting later this week.
From Sunday (December 14, 2025), there will be close to 10,000 additional train services every year under the new timetable, the result of collaboration between Network Rail, the Department for Transport, and multiple train operators.
