2021 Rugby League World Cup: York to be a host!

York Community Stadium will be one of 21 host venues for the 2021 Rugby League World Cup in England.

Newcastle's St James' Park will host the opening ceremony on 23rd October with the men's and women's finals both at Old Trafford on 27 November 2021.

Where will the Rugby League World Cup be held?

Australia are the defending men's and women's champions, with the men beating England 6-0 and the women pushing out New Zealand 23-16 in the 2017 finals on home soil.

The draw takes place on 27th November, two years out from the final, and the full list of venues for all three tournaments is as follows:
