Stefan joins the Feelgood Breakfast Crew for the weigh in for the Pounds to Pounds Challenge.

Chris is enjoining the HIIT training but Jayne is yet to give it a go, although eating healthier is making a difference. They are now 2 weeks into the challenge. Stefan gives advise on exercise and healthy eating reminding everyone that healthy does not always mean cutting down and helps to motivate the crew into continuing with the good start.
