North Yorkshire Police were called by the fire service at just before 2.30pm on Sunday 14 April 2024 to reports of a fire at a Library on Fourth Avenue in Tang Hall.
A fire was started in the toilets but thankfully it didn’t spread to any other part of the building.
The Police are treating the fire as suspicious and are working with the fire service to establish how the fire was started and who was responsible.
